Q. Will I be able to migrate my data from the current workbench to the NGBW?
A. Yes, we will implement that capability in the next release cycle (ending March 31 or so).
Q. The PICT file from Boxshade is problematic. It does not display properly.
A. We have attempted to address this issue, but have not been successful. The PICT file that is produced by Boxshade does not display correctly on our machines either. We are removing this option until we can resolve the issue.Our apologies for that.
Q. Can you improve the search options, so I can narrow down my search?
A. Advanced searching tools will be available in the next release cycle (ending March 31 or so). The ability to winnow down a returned search result with additional terms is planned, but may not appear until the second release cycle, ending June 30 or so).
Q. Adding multiple sequences one at a time is painful, can you help make that task easier.
A. Yes, in two ways: we are working on making multiple simultaneous uploads possible, and on making the application intelligent enough to recognize the data as it arrives. Both features are expected for the next release cycle (ending March 31 or so).
