FINGERPRINTSCAN

FINGERPRINTSCAN is a tool to classify the domains in a protein sequence by comparing it with the protein motif fingerprints in the database PRINTS. The goal of the tool is use contextual information in multi-motif searching to locate more distant evolutionary relationships.
