The Bioinformatics Links Directory is maintained by the UBC Bioinformatics Centre.

Joe Felsenstein maintains an extensive (and legendary) list of Phylogeny Programs.

Richard Christen maintains an extensive list of Phylogenetic Tree Viewers.

The Human Proteinpedia is a community annotated resource for proteins and protein experimental data.
