BioPipes Process Management Suite is a laboratory information management system (LIMS). Main features include:

• Process design: Define a process or a work form by defining variables, variable data types and requisitions.
• Workflow design: Define a workflow template using pre-defined processes / forms.
• Workflow request handling and monitoring.
• Data capture: use forms or tables to input experiment data, load data from files.
• Data analysis: compare time series for different runs and variables.
• Report generation: export a summary of your entire workflow to Word or Excel.
  
  

.We would like to make the BioPipes (nee Symphony) software available, but currently feel the documentation is too stale and reflects the past history of the software too strongly. We are in the process of updating the documentation, and are planning to make it available as soon as possible.
We alsp plan to place demonstrations showing the software features here shortly (in the April 2008 time frame). In the mean time, if you have questions about the software package, please refer them to the NGBW team.
